Our New Shipping Days: Friday, Saturday and Monday Morning

Some things have changed for us privately – and that also affects your orders. That's why we want to openly explain what's changing about shipping from now on, and why.

Why we're changing our shipping days

Crystal Paradise is a purely family-run business. We have no employees – every package is personally selected, packed, and taken to the post office by us. That's exactly what makes us who we are, but it's now bringing us to a limit:

• Our daughter has started her studies – unfortunately not in Munich, but farther away. This means she's no longer available as a helping hand in everyday life.
• Christian is away from home for work from Monday to Thursday.

During the week, there's therefore no one here to pack your order and take it to the post office. We thought long and hard about how to handle this – and decided on an honest, fixed rhythm instead of promising delivery times we can't keep.

Our new shipping days

From now on, we bring packages to the post office on three fixed days:

An example: If you order on Monday at 08:00 AM, the Monday run is already on its way. We can then only bring your package to the post office on Friday.

Our tip: Order on the weekend – by Sunday, 9:00 PM. Then your package goes out right on Monday morning and usually arrives with you after just one to two days.

What this means for delivery time

Once shipped, your package is on its way just as fast as before. However, depending on the day you order, it can take up to four business days before it goes to the post office. That's why we've adjusted our delivery times:

• Germany: 2–7 business days
• Austria: 3–8 business days
• Croatia: 3–13 business days
• Switzerland: 5–11 business days

On every product page and in the cart, you'll also see directly which day your package goes to the post office – so you know what to expect even before you buy. We answer all further questions about shipping and costs in our FAQ.

Need something by a specific date?

Whether it's a birthday, anniversary, or Christmas: please allow a few extra days for gifts. If it's really urgent, write to us before placing your order – we'll see together what's possible.

What's not changing

Nothing else is changing: every stone is still personally selected and carefully packed by us, you'll receive tracking information, and within Germany we offer free shipping from €60. We accept your orders around the clock as usual.

We know that waiting isn't fun – especially when you're looking forward to a new crystal. We kindly ask for your understanding and thank you for your loyalty. That we can continue running Crystal Paradise as a family through this new phase of life, we owe to you.
