What is the Munich Show 2025 – and why is it so special?

The Munich Show – officially known as the Munich Mineral Show (Mineralientage München) – is one of the largest of its kind in Europe. Since its founding in 1964, the fair has grown steadily. Today it includes more than 1,000 exhibitors from all over the world. The event takes place at the MOC Event Center Munich. It attracts around 30,000 visitors each year. Among them are professional collectors, dealers, geologists, and simply curious people who love minerals.

From my own experience, I can say: no other fair offers this density of extraordinary pieces. Here you can find minerals directly from the source. Preparations for our participation have been underway for weeks. We're hand-selecting pieces from our entire range. In doing so, we pay attention to quality, origin, and uniqueness. Every piece we bring to the Munich Show 2025 has been personally inspected by us.

Our highlights for the fair

• Agatized amethysts from Uruguay: These special pieces combine the depth of amethyst (Mohs hardness 7) with the characteristic banding of agate. The impressive violet coloring is caused by traces of iron in the quartz lattice. Our current pieces come directly from the south of Uruguay – one of the world's most important source regions for amethyst geodes. • Azurite from Morocco: The intense deep blue of azurite is caused by copper carbonate. With a Mohs hardness of only 3.5 to 4, it is delicate – but of breathtaking beauty. • Azurite-malachite combinations: These dual minerals are true collector's items. The blue of azurite meets the green of malachite – both are copper minerals and often found together in oxidized copper ore deposits. Our pieces for the Munich Show are especially carefully curated.
• Freeforms, spheres, and hand specimens: For everyone who prefers polished pieces, we're bringing a wide selection of finished forms. Rose quartz spheres, labradorite freeforms, and amethyst geode specimens are on our packing list.
